At the tender age of 2, i picked up a sizzling hot curling iron by the barrel with my bare hand. My parents should have known then that i was (very bold lol) and destined to be a hairstylist. 
I taught myself to braid at the age of 11, and from there my natural talents started to emerge. At the age of 14 i was blessed to be able to enroll in the cosmetology program at my high school & parents allowed me to work at my first hair salon, where my love for hair and skills grew more and more. i was so advanced at a young age that my teachers would write skip passes for me just so they could get their hair done (thanks DCPS lol).
